1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including sale items, gift cards, or personalized/customized products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
Pack your item securely and ship it to the provided address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [X] business days.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@zaydeltech.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
